AHC SERIES
Activated Carbon Block Filter
AHC Series Carbon Block Cartridges is made from coconuts hell based, palm or nut shell based & coal based Carbons which creates what many believed to be a sweeter tasting water. Because of the unique pore structure of this carbon, it is well suited for chemical adsorption, including VOCs, while reducing chlorine and chemicals that contribute to taste and odor, AHC-Series Carbon Block Cartridges provide 1～20 μm particulate filtration and extended life as a fine sediment Cartridges. Thus service life of a AHC-Series Carbon Block Cartridges is greatly extended by an outer layer of 10~15μm polyproplene non-woven prefiltration media and will operate effectively in most in stallations without prefiltration. AHC-Series Carbon Block Cartridges is ideal for residential and food service applications where Improving the taste of the water is the primary objective.

AHPC SERIES
Dual Purpose Powdered Carbon Cartridg
AHPC-Series Cartridges are constructed from a carbon-impregnated cellulose media. Combining the Carbon and cellulose in this fashion creates a dual purpose filter. The sulfur-free carbon powders form a fixed bed Which provide increased carbon treatment capacity. The polypropylene core is surrounded by fine microfibers Which again filters the solution and assures no carbon bleed-off. It helps to reduce the unwanted tastes, odors, and Chlorine found in tap water and many industrial liquids.

Pleated Sediment Cartridges
AHPF-E series filter media is made of polyester spunbond fabric. It has good mechanical properties, solar resistance, high temperature resistance, and resistance to vermiculate and molds, and with good resistance to general chemicals, also its strength is not affected in stronga acids(The strength is only affected in the hotalkali).The deep-fiber filter membrane with high tensile strength and high porosity is made of spunbonded polyester non-woven fabric and folded into a filter surface area of 4 to 6 square feet (standard). The filter structure has good dirt
holding capacity and prolongs the filterlife.

They are engineered to allow water to enter one end and pass through to be in contact with the carbon for amaximum length of time, ensuring maximum adsorption.. An internal expansion pad is added to minimize channeling or by pass. A Nominal 20 micron non-woven of post filter is incorporated to reduce carbon fines and other suspended particles. AHGAC series cartridges contain coconut shell based , nut shell based or coal shell base activated carbon which is highly effective at reducing certain organic chemicals such as EDB, TCE, and THM’s in addition to reducing chlorine.

3 In 1 P.P Carbon Cartridges
AHPPC-SERIES cartridges has been designed primarily for use in removing organics and particulate contaminates from plating, acid, alkaline, and hydrocarbon carbon solutions. The pre-filtering outer shell is strong polypropylene filter (5-8mm) or polyethylene with polypropylene end caps. There are 200g ± 10g of activated granular coconut carbon per 10” length, providing an extended life of up to 60% over the cartridges. The liquid flows from the outside of the cartridges through the carbon granules, removing organics and finally through the inner polypropylene core which is surrounded by melt-blow layer fine microfibers which again filter the solution and assure no carbon bleed-off.

Each cartridge has passed strict integrity testing for quality assurance. Various grades of cartridges are used for pure water supply and fine chemicals.
